Pinot Noir possesses a red color with crimson nuances, seduces with a complex bouquet with nuances of black cherry, blackberry, strawberry, underlined by brownish, earthy and spicy aromas. Elegant palate, lightly velvety, silky, lingering aftertaste with fine truffle nuances.
It is one of the most versatile wines bringing an added nobility and elegance to every meal, but can also be served on its own.
As suggestions it goes excellently with a variety of cheeses, fish dishes with baked legumes, mushroom rizzoto with asparagus, baked quail stuffed with dried fruit and rosemary, as well as with fruit desserts.
We recommend consuming it at a temperature of +18°+20°C to enjoy maximum aromatic intensity.
